Massage Treatments

Whether you're looking to ease tension in a specific area or give yourself more time to properly relax, treatments are available in a range of lengths to suit your needs.

Choosing the Right Treatment Length

Michelle Winter Massage Therapy provides therapeutic massage in Kirkcaldy for clients across Fife, with treatments available in a range of lengths to suit different needs and goals.

Many clients travel from across Fife, including Glenrothes, Leven, Burntisland, Dunfermline and surrounding areas. Treatment length is often more important than people realise, as additional time allows for a more complete and unhurried experience.

Many people assume that all massage treatments are the same, with the only difference being how long they last.

In reality, treatment length can have a significant impact on the experience.

Shorter sessions are ideal when there is a specific area that needs attention, while longer appointments allow more time for a full-body treatment and a deeper sense of relaxation.

If you're unsure which option is right for you, you're always welcome to get in touch before booking.

Every Treatment is Tailored

This means treatment pressure, focus areas and techniques are adjusted throughout the appointment rather than following a fixed routine.

No two appointments are exactly the same.

Some clients arrive needing focused work on a specific area, while others are carrying tension throughout the body or simply need time to switch off and relax.

Every treatment is adapted to what your body needs on the day, helping you get the most from your session.

Therapeutic Massage

90 Minute Massage with Stretches

Popular Choice

Combines therapeutic massage with assisted stretches where appropriate. This treatment is ideal for clients experiencing ongoing muscle tension, reduced mobility, postural discomfort or areas that benefit from a more comprehensive approach. The additional time allows the body to settle into treatment without feeling rushed.

120 Minute Extended Full Body Massage

Signature Treatment

The longest therapeutic massage treatment available, designed for those who want a truly unhurried experience. Includes full-body therapeutic massage with time for stretches where appropriate, alongside scalp, face and foot massage. Ideal for clients carrying stress, widespread tension or simply wanting the opportunity to completely switch off.

75 Minute Therapeutic Massage

Ideal for those who enjoy a full-body massage without feeling rushed. The additional time allows more attention to be given to areas of tension while still leaving space to fully relax.

60 Minute Massage

My most popular therapeutic massage treatment, allowing time for a thorough massage tailored to your needs whether you're looking to ease tension, reduce aches and pains or simply switch off for a while.

45 Minute Massage

Ideal when you want focused treatment on a specific area such as the back, neck and shoulders. A shorter session designed to ease tension, reduce discomfort and help you feel more comfortable in your body.
