These policies are designed to ensure a professional, safe and fair experience for all clients. By booking an appointment with Michelle Winter Massage Therapy, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, it is not possible to fill late cancellations or missed appointments at short notice.
- Minimum 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time. The full appointment fee remains payable.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to me. This policy explains how Michelle Winter Massage Therapy collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with current data protection regulations. I am committed to ensuring that your information is kept secure and used only for the purpose of providing you with the best possible therapeutic care.
Gift Voucher Policy
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment.
- The cancellation policy also applies to appointments booked with a gift voucher.
- Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reissued
